The North West Fibre arts trail 2016.
From this Friday the 30th of September for two weeks until the 14th of October a number of Northwest based fibre artists and producers have got together to form a trail around the north west with various goings on from workshops,
On that day Cathy Wright aka Lazy Kate is running a yarn crawl from Knit Wise in Ormskirk leaving about 09.30, with Kate doing some spreading of information about colour theory, then they are coming to visit us before going on to Rainy Williamsons on the Little Lancashire small holding near Bolton where there will be some stick spindle spinning for people to have a go at.
The trip will be costing about £13.50 not including lunch that will probably be at a pub somewhere along the way.
For further details and to book your place please ring Knitwise on 01695 580590.
We will then move on to moor and be open outside Botany Bay for the weekend of 8th and 9th of October before again moving on to Adlington to be open for three days on Thursday the 13th, Friday the 14th and Saturday the 15th, open 10-4.
